The hotel has super much noise in the room. We can’t use the balcony without headache due to super noisy ventilation. On the picture you’ll see what and how is assembled on a 800€/night hotel room. Even after 2 complaints at the reception, nothing changed. The other things are noises of the whirlpool in the room above and, most probably, from other ventilators. To get up at 3.30h because of noise is unfortunately quite normal. The good thing on the hotel is definitely the location Breakfast and service is ok for a 4 star + hotel. Will we come back? Not with the family for main vacation. Our conclusion: Much too high price for such a poor room quality. You can rent for this price an entire villa with pool.

Good Location, nice food and generally a nice hotel but.....for a four star hotel, I would have expected my children to be able to use the hangout areas to have been included - not additional charge for children to be able to play pool. Also the internal Jacuzzi was very cold, as was the external Jacuzzi and swimming pool - so we werent able to use it as much as we had planned.

This is a lovely holiday. The hotel is very nice. The staff are helpful. Rooms are large, good air-conditioning and comfortable bed. The pool was nice. Breakfast perhaps a little boring if staying there for a week. The complimentary bikes were a real treat. It’s a good position - although not directly adjacent to the lake.

Excellent location. Suites was amazing ! The restaurant was good, high attention to the needs of the customers. The spa and the pool were very well maintained. Very very nice the bar of the pool, it has been a please to have lunch in the garden. Really appreciated it !

Super stay!
This is a fantastic hotel in the centre of Lazise between the beach and castle. The staff are simply lovely - so helpful and friendly. The rooms were well stocked and the pool and spa area is better than many 5* hotels where i have stayed. The breakfast has a lot of choice. Quality across the board is top notch.

We are currently staying at this lovely hotel. It is within easy walking distance of the walled town of Lazise. The hotel has excellent amenities but it is the staff that have made our holiday special. A particular mention to Guilia, one of the receptionists, who went above and beyond to help us with an issue with our room. All done with professionalism and a smile! Thank you Guilia. Also thank you to Enrico, Davide and Kelvin for ensuring that our stay was special. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are thinking of visiting Lazise.

We have stayed here for a number of years and the improvement in standards is very noticeable. The rooms are better as is the restaurant. We did not have time to use the spar but it did not even exist previously. The dining/breakfast room is also much improved and there is little to fault. Sleep quality has been marked down as the weather made our room too warm for us.
